Health, fitness and well-being is very important to us. We enjoy the opportunity to use the outdoors every day, during active and independent learning (COOL Challenges); and ‘Mile-a-day.’
Our competitive focus for PE this term is Tag Rugby/Tri Net, which will be outdoors on Tuesdays. Our indoor PE will be dance on Thursdays, with a focus on traditional and ‘funky’ folk dancing.
Please ensure you have suitable footwear and clothing (and a reusable drinks bottle) to take part in these sessions.

Reading is part of our learning so it is very important that our parents/guardians listen to us read at home on a regular basis. We take our books home and back to school every day, so we can take part in daily reading. We enjoy Guided reading Sessions with our teacher using Giglets, we can also practice these books at home.
You can practice activities learnt in class through the homework tasks given out every Friday. You will find these on HWB. You can also practice your times tables and spellings using j2Blast!
