Attendance
We are aiming for attendance of 95% or above.
Studies have shown that children learn best and feel more confident when they are in school on a regular basis.
To help your child’s attendance, we kindly ask that you do not take holidays during term time. We also have a school medication policy whereby with parental consent and medication provided to us, we can administer this to your child if they are unwell, but well enough to come to school.
How do we celebrate attendance??
Every Friday, every pupil with 100% attendance that week, is entered into a lucky dip to win a prize from the Treasure Chest!!
The class with the week’s highest attendance is awarded a Certificate of Excellence. The class with the most certificates at the end of term win a prize!!
